MTS-Power-2004-Quadrant Servo-Controller
This controller is a radiation resistant, pulse-width modulated power controller for DC engines in handling systems (e.g. chain drive).
Radiation resistant power semi-conductors, semi-conductors with bipolar technology, TTL-logic circuits and analogue circuits were used for the circuit design after undergoing radiation tests.
