Video radio system
Using remote controlled handling systems, a reliable radio transmission of the video signals is required.
Due to the higher bandwidth of the video signal, transmission SHF radio frequencies will be used.
Two video radio systems, respectively video data systems, are available, according to indoor or outdoor operation:
Indoor
Digital video and audio transmission by "Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum" (DSSS)
Frequency: 5,8 GHz (ISM Band)
The video DSSS system is specially interference proof and is insensitive to reflections or multipath expansion, occuring in industrial plants.
Maximum reach about 100 m (RX output power = 20 dBm).
Outdoor
Analog video and audio transmission system for maximum reach 1 km
(RX output power = 24 dBm, option 30 dBm, 37 dBm)
Frequency: 2,4 GHz (ISM Band).
